Sobrevolamos el legado reciente de la que sin duda es la figura más icónica, importante e influyente que ha dado el garage R’n’R británico de los últimos 50 años; Steven John Hamper, conocido mundialmente como el salvaje Billy Childish.
Pintor de renombre, poeta y escritor, su faceta como músico es la más prolífica de todas. En el último año y medio ha editado los álbumes “Failure not success” con los CTMF, “Step out” con The Chatham Singers, y “Cape Trafalgar” y “The speech of Karatakus” con The North Kent Folkway Revivals. Añadimos al cóctel el disco “Twelve” de sus viejos amigos y habituales colaboradores The Singing Loins.
